I worked at the McCall Corp. from 1961 to 1966. I worked in the office. My supervisor was Dorothy Blotner. I was in the subscription dept. Another supervisor was Don Pobst. Does any body know what happened to Geraldine Cooper? She was one of my best frieds. I have lost contact with most everybody. My sister Doris worked there as well. McCalls was another of Daytons big employers and knew many who worked there. It later became Dayton Press. Its mind blowing to think of all the big industry Dayton once had and now we have become a city of bars, gas stations and fast food.

My grandfather worked at mcCalls for years and retired in the 70's. His name was Gustav Wilde and I think he was a typesetter. I wonder if anyone remembers him.
